This is a space to slow down and listen, not only to what you think or say, but to what your body and nervous system are communicating beneath the surface.
The work is relational and oriented toward real, sustainable change.
Sessions are held online and offered worldwide.
The Approach
In the therapeutic sessions I bridge different therapeutic methods that support each other: Biodecoding, Somatic Therapy, Eastern Philosophy, Polyvagal Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
We stay close to what is alive for you in the moment, sensations in the body, emotional movements, protective patterns, and inner parts that have learned to carry certain roles over time.
We move at a pace that your nervous system can integrate. This work is about building the capacity to stay present with your experience, with more safety, clarity, and choice.
Change is not forced. It is allowed to emerge.
What These Sessions Can Support
People come to this work for many different reasons, some are:
Feeling overwhelmed, tense, or disconnected from the body.
Navigating emotional patterns that repeat despite insight.
Experiencing inner conflict or fragmentation.
Wanting to relate differently to stress, relationships, or life transitions.
Seeking a more embodied and compassionate relationship with oneself.
Wanting to connect with the Self, to creativity and self-love.
The Session
Each session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, and takes place online via Zoom.
We begin from where you are, emotionally, physically, energetically. From there, we explore what wants attention, using somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, and parts-based inquiry.
What we cultivate in the sessions is meant to extend into your daily life.

Add On
Sessions that give you tools to regulate your nervous system and dive into an altered state of consciousness with the power of the breath.
The Methodologies
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS sees the mind as a system of parts. Each part has its own feelings, beliefs, and intentions. In sessions we learn to listen to these parts, understand what they need, and build a more compassionate inner relationship. The aim is not to remove parts, but to help them feel safe and heard.
Bioneuroemotion / Biodecoding
This approach explores how emotions, meaning, and life experiences can become stored in the body. We look at the emotional and ancestral patterns that underlie symptoms or repetitive life themes. The work is not about “fixing” symptoms, but about understanding their deeper message and allowing the body to release what it no longer needs.
Eastern Philosphy and Meditation
Eastern philosophy brings a perspective of awareness and acceptance. It teaches that healing begins when we learn to observe the mind without judgment, and to return again and again to presence.
Somatic therapy
Somatic therapy honors the mind-body connection. It invites you to notice sensations, movements, and energy in the body, and to follow what the body is asking for. The goal is to increase awareness and regulation, so you can live with more presence and ease.
Polyvagal-informed support
This perspective helps us understand how the nervous system responds to stress, safety, and connection. In sessions we work with regulation and nervous system states, gently guiding the body toward a more grounded and balanced way of being.
Inner child work
Inner child work helps you connect with the parts of you that were shaped by early experiences. It’s not about reliving the past, but about offering care and support to the younger parts of you that still carry old pain. This is often where deep healing begins.
What they all share
All these approaches are rooted in presence, compassion, and integration. They support healing by helping you understand what your system is trying to communicate, and by creating a new relationship with what you’ve carried for so long.
