Integration is beyond what happens in ceremony, it's about what unfolds in your body, your relationships, your daily life. These sessions are a space to digest, reflect, and embody the insights received, with support rooted in a trauma-informed therapeutic approach, music, somatics, and presence.
What It Is About
Psychedelic integration refers to taking the gained insights, emotions, or attitudes from your experience, and processing them into desired areas of your life. Integration as a general definition means “bringing parts together to make a whole.” Psychedelic integration helps to achieve a sense of “wholeness” clients seek through their set intentions.
Psychedelic experiences have the potential to open up very dramatic or significant ways of being, ways of viewing others, and how you view yourself. It may bring to light new goals you have, things you want to do, say, or move towards. Once you have these experiences, integration is the process that turns your intentions into reality. It makes your insights tangible. It involves nature oriented, somatic, emotional and relational practices than can help crystalize the insights and find ways to take the right actions towards the desired changes. This practice can be used after any kind of psychedelic journey, with all the different compounds and plants.

Internal family systems (IFS) therapy, views the mind as a system of interconnected parts, with each part having its own thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. IFS aims to create harmony within this internal system by understanding and addressing the needs of each part. Through techniques like internal dialogue and guided visualization, IFS helps individuals recognize and heal parts that might be in conflict or causing distress.

It is a complementary approach to any conventional and alternative treatments, and has the amazing potential to unlock and speed up healing for permanent results. Thanks to the techniques allergies and other various problems that come from the emotional sphere can be reduced. By bringing attention to bodily sensations and facilitating their expression and release, somatic therapy offers a holistic approach towards healing and personal transformation.
Inner child work focuses on connecting with and healing the wounded inner child within us. It recognizes that our childhood experiences shape our beliefs, behaviors, and emotions in adulthood.
