A 3-Month Embodied Journey
Our mentorship is thoughtfully paced to support deep learning and integration.
Self-Guided Learning Library (Included)
You’ll receive access to four core video modules, released throughout the program, covering essential themes such as trauma-informed facilitation, ceremony preparation, voice medicine, and integration practices. These materials lay the foundation so our live sessions can focus on your personal growth, skills refinement, and authentic expression.
Live One-on-One Mentoring Sessions
Meet with your Costanza once per month to explore your process, refine your practice, and develop your facilitation style. These sessions are tailored to your needs.
Ceremony & Retreat Assistance
Gain experiential learning by assisting in our ceremonies and retreats. Participation requires a contribution fee and is offered as a complement to your mentorship. This hands-on experience is invaluable in cultivating confidence and presence in real-world settings.
Music as Medicine - Voice and Sound Training
Throughout the mentorship, we work with the voice as a somatic and energetic tool. Through guided practices and vocal activation, you will explore how to use your voice to support emotional regulation, connect with spirit or intuition, and hold space with clarity and resonance. Whether you are an experienced singer or just beginning to open your voice, this work meets you where you are.
Ongoing Reflection & Integration
Between sessions, you’ll engage with gentle yet powerful self-guided tools: journaling prompts, breath and somatic practices, and energetic hygiene techniques to help you embody your learning and tend to your inner landscape.
This program is not linear, nor is it prescriptive. You are invited to bring your full self - your questions, your fears, your gifts - and be met with presence, care, and a deep respect for your unfolding.
