Guided by Trauma-Informed practitioners using sound healing, singing, and other therapeutic techniques, this retreat helps you explore your shadow, release blocked energy, reconnect with your true self, and create lasting positive change.
Small and intimate, retreats host 5–15 participants with 2–4 facilitators, offering a deeply immersive experience designed to maximize transformation and spiritual awakening.

During the retreat, trauma-informed facilitators create a safe and supportive environment, offering stability and guidance throughout your experience. Using your intentions as a guiding force, they help you explore your subconscious mind, asking thoughtful questions at key moments to bring clarity. Their goal is to empower you to connect with your inner wisdom, even if it feels difficult to trust in your own clarity at first.
You may encounter challenging emotions or moments of discomfort, but the facilitators are there to help you embrace and surrender to the process. They work with any resistance or emotional blocks that arise, transforming them into opportunities for healing and growth.
The tool we work with can bring buried emotions or traumatic memories to the surface, and revisiting these in a supportive context can lead to profound liberation and self-discovery. There is no such thing as a "bad trip," but rather obstacles and challenges that, with the right guidance, can become transformative moments..

Meet the Facilitation Team
Costanza Ayni
FOUNDER & MASTER OF CEREMONY AND SINGER
A Trauma-informed Practitioner, Somatic Therapist, Breathwork Coach, Psychedelic Practitioner, and Musician. Costanza blends shamanic practices with cognitive therapeutic techniques to guide deep transformation.
Her facilitation style bridges ancient wisdom and modern therapy. Through music and safe, supportive spaces, she empowers individuals to connect with their inner wisdom and embark on transformative journeys of self-discovery.
Juan Tepui
FACILITATOR & MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Juan, a musician and music producer, has dedicated his craft to exploring the connection between music, plants, and consciousness. After years in India practicing meditation and studying the Bansuri flute under Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia, he now teaches and crafts Bansuri flutes.
With extensive experience, Juan is passionate about the transformative power of plants to heal, inspire spiritual growth, and reconnect us with nature.
