Do I need to have done Deepen to join Integrate?
No. Integrate is for anyone who has had a meaningful inner experience, retreats, 1:1 guided sessions, and wants to live those insights in daily life.

Is Integrate live or self-paced?
Integrate Core is fully self-paced and evergreen. Integrate: In Practice adds live 1:1 and group sessions for those who want guided support.

How long does Integrate take?
Core is designed to complete in 4 weeks at your own pace. In Practice is 6 weeks with live coaching included.

Can I do Integrate if I’m not interested in professional leadership?
Absolutely. Leadership (Path IV: Lead) is optional. Integrate supports anyone in living their insight, whether or not you choose to guide others.

What happens after Integrate?
You can return to Deepen (Retreats/1:1), continue with Integrate: In Practice, join monthly community integration circles, or step into professional leadership trainings if it calls to you.

What makes Integrate different from Root or Deepen?
Root is the foundation. Deepen builds on insight through retreats and guided 1:1 sessions. Integrate focuses entirely on embedding insight in real life, with Core for self-paced application and In Practice for live support under real-world conditions.
