Breathwork is one of the most powerful tools available to all of us, and requires nothing more than our breath. Learning to use our breath to heal and release can be a deep transformational experience that goes beyond the imaginable. Changing the breathing pattern can bring health to all levels, and the most beautiful part is that you are in full control of the experience. 
 

Consciously changing the way you breathe appears to send a signal to the brain to adjust the parasympathetic branch of the nervous system, which can slow heart rate and digestion and promote feelings of calmness and safety.

THE SESSION

Embark on a transformative journey with the power of your breath and learn how to navigate this practice for maximum benefits. This experience takes place in a safe and nurturing setting, allowing for personal growth and spiritual awakening. It includes preparation and integration, as well as the breathwork journey.

During the session, you will be supported by Costanza, a Trauma-Informed Facilitator who provide physical contact, sound healing, singing, and various therapeutic techniques. The session typically lasts three hours. Expect to experience changes in perception, space-time, and thoughts during this immersive experience.

By engaging in this experience, you can cultivate self-awareness and support positive changes in your life and relationships. It is especially suited for individuals seeking to work on their shadow, understand patterns and behaviors, connect with their true selves, enhance their creativity, align themselves, heal past wounds, tap into their heart's wisdom, release blocked energy, reconnect with buried aspects of themselves, and make lasting
positive changes.

 

EXPERIENCE ANIMA INTEGRATIVE BREATHWORK

Throughout the Breathwork session, we are honored to offer the Anima Integrative Breathwork™ technique. This particular practice involves utilizing a continuous, connected breathing pattern to activate profound shifts in your physical, mental, and emotional state. Through this Breathwork, you will access altered states of consciousness, release emotional blockages, and gain deeper insights into yourself and your life's path. Anima's extensive experience and expertise in breathwork create a safe and supportive space for you to fully surrender to the breath and tap into your innate wisdom. You will be guided through the process with care and compassion, ensuring a transformative and enlightening experience.


We will also practice other techniques that helps the process, such as toning and bodywork.

With the Toning Exercises we release the unconscious material we brought to the surface with the conscious connected breath, and we restore health to our vagus nerve. This nerve is one of the longest of the body and provides a communication pathway between the brain and vital organs in the body. Various factors can negatively impact the vagal tone – a term used to describe how well the vagus nerve works.

 

Poor vagal tone can result from:

- High stress

- Toxicity

- Poor diet

- Physical or emotional trauma

- Gut imbalance

- Other physical or emotional stressors

 

Maintaining vagal tone and restoring proper function when it’s under-performing are crucial for maintaining optimal health and well-being.

LOCATION

You will be responsible for booking your own accommodation and the facilitator will come to your chosen location for the session. In case the session will be held at one of the partnered retreat centers, you are responsible for your transport to and back from the center.

Book Online

Choose the date and time that's best for you.

Receive Your Welcome Package

Once you have booked, you will receive a welcome package via email. This is a PDF with advice and tips on preparing for your session, as well as reflection questions to help you discover what intentions you may wish to bring into your session.

Experience Breathwork (in person or online)

At the time of your session, you will meet via Zoom or in-person. We will begin by giving you space to share about yourself and  what is bringing you in. We follow this by teaching you about Breathwork and what you may experience. This will prepare you for the journey.

Once you are comfortable you will lay down and begin the journey. Your facilitator will guide you through the session which lasts about 60 minutes. There will be music supporting you and bodywork if consent is given.

Afterwards there is time to share and speak about your experience. In this stage we get to feel into where it took you and process the session.

Integration

Share your valuable perspectives and solidify the insights you have received.

In the coming days it is great to reflect and touch base if there is more you are processing. We are here for integration calls or emails anytime to support you.
