Practical Information
Integrate in Practice follows a process-based approach that unfolds organically over time. While the pathway often begins with Integrate Core and continues with 1:1 integration calls, the sequence is not fixed.
The elements can be woven together in different ways. For example, you may desire to begin with an 1:1 Integration Call, then move into the Integrate Core program, and later continue with the further two 1:1 Integration calls.
This order depends on what best supports your integration process.
Integrate is the path where integration becomes a living practice,
a return to presence, coherence, and daily choice.
