My name is Costanza
A Trauma-informed Breathwork Coach, Psychedelic Practitioner, Musician, and Somatic Therapist, who combines Shamanic practices learned in the Amazon with western Therapeutic practices to assist individuals in deep transformation.
Deeply committed to education, she mentors Anima Healing Institute's programs, including the Music Facilitation Apprenticeship and Breathwork & IFS Facilitation Training. Additionally, she serves as the Director of the Synthesis Institute's Psychedelic Practitioner Training Retreats.
