Is ROOT self‑paced?
Root is self-paced. You move through the 4 weeks at your own rhythm, with tools, exercises, and practices designed to fit real life. Optional support is available through 1:1 Therapeutic sessions and Breathwork if you want guidance alone.

Do I need prior experience with breathwork, therapy, or bodywork?
No. This program is designed for anyone who wants to come back to their body, build inner trust, and feel grounded. The modalities (IFS, Bioneuroemotion, somatic therapy, breathwork, meditation) are offered in accessible ways. You don’t need prior training.

What if I want to prepare for a retreat or deeper work?
There’s an optional Module 5, designed as a preparation tool for DEEPEN or immersive experiences. You can add it to your program at any time, it supports embodied readiness and presence so deeper work lands in the body.

How do the extra offerings work?
Optional 1:1 sessions and Breathwork sessions are available if you want more personalized guidance. These are separate from the main program and can be booked anytime. They help reinforce grounding, regulate the nervous system, or work with specific emotional or somatic challenges.
