The Retreat Center
The retreat center is a private and intimate natural ecological space. It is a magical place, totally off grid in the mountains in southern Costa Rica. It is a place for those that want to have a close but yet comfortable experience with the natural elements.
Meals
Farm to table, organic by a nutrition-trained chef. We cater for allergies and dietary restrictions. Please inform us beforehand.

You can choose the privacy and comfort of a private room, or enjoy sharing your space with another participant and feel the power of community all the way through. Private rooms have limited availability.

Preparation Sessions
We will lead you through guided preparation sessions to help you get ready for the life-changing experience that lies ahead. Examine self-care and intention-setting techniques. Additionally, you will receive a one-on-one session to assist you be prepared for what's to come.
1:1 Therapeutic Sessions & Group Sharing
The group sharing as well as the 1:1 sessions with one of our skilled practitioners will allow you do dive deeper in your inner process, supporting you to get ready for your upcoming journeys, and well as supporting your insights in between sessions, and integrating the insights that comes forth.
Healing Ceremonies
Discover the profoundly therapeutic effects of the Amazon wisdom in a safe guided ceremonies. You will go on an inner exploration adventure with experienced practitioners leading you, obtaining perspectives and insights that can help you heal and grow personally.
